Jerry was an executive of Railworks, from 1991 to 2001, with responsibilities for the firm’s heavy civil infrastructure procurement program.

Mr. Hallissy is a licensed architect in NY & NJ and was elected to Fellowship in the AIA in 1992. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute School of Architecture.
