Sandhog Tradition 

Hallissy International carries on the tradition of Jerry’s grandfather James Henry Weaver. Jim was born in Wales in 1888 and came to the United States in the early 1900’s. He worked for Walsh construction on many heavy civil tunneling and bridge projects throughout the USA.
