Gerald (Jerry) Hallissy, FAIA, founded Hallissy International Inc. (HI) in 2000, as an innovation and development firm organized to assist building industry stakeholders in effective management of change.

Gerald Hallissy has been a practicing architect for more than 40 years.

And within the profession, Jerry has been a principal in three architectural firms and was elected to the AIA College of Fellows in 1992, on the basis of the human resource successes in staff development for construction field labor.

He has also served as an executive in Construction organizations, offered expert witness services and managed the construction process in the field.

Jerry has developed innovative processes specifically related to infrastructure and construction methods.
